I started with 50mg eod then went up to 100mg eod. I was living a bad lifestyle though. I was drinking a lot on the weekends partying to much. I used to much test so I was extremely bloated made the sides worse. I will try again but get in very good shape before I start and have everything in my life in order first.

yeah, i don't drink, smoke, party or do any rec drugs and i make vegetable juice three days a week.
what kind of bodybuilder are you anyway if you have a social life?!

in regard to main question,,i wont sit here and lie to you ,, when you reach the numbers profesional bodybuild is and even top amatuers,,i will just say this lightly with out going into too much detail ...but narcotics is common,, its not used nesasrily for fat drop ...it used to be able to function in society ...yes you hear this right,,it is used to shake you out of the slowish and tirdness th eover dose and over use of hormone does to you ,,

due to hgh...the need today of narcotics is minimized,,,buit! it is stil there among the fellas who use LOWER gh doses and high aas,,again not every bodybuild...but just look around you ...most bodybuild that come to your gymnasium 250 8% 5'8...they are high ... they are always high always in high high look in the eyes ,,they ususly the city club bouncers...or the city xtazy dealer in addition to other things,, usualy many felonies and arresnt mainly domoestic violence and drug related,,

also narotic use is for pain ,, to work through the pain ,, bodybuikld who did less gh back in the past....used to have more narcotics in the arsenal....now day the use of narcotic is still there but due to the enormous abuse of gh today its lower,,

when someone take 20-30 iu gh a day ,,they are the DEFINITION OF THE WORD SUPERMAN...so no need for no narcotics,,but! as with always bodybuild pull into it narcotics addict from before ...see around you mike arneld that doesnt even look like bodybuilder...but many bodybuilder in locals they come to it from narcotics past,, you heard about jewbaca and many others,, jewbaca is actualy good case,, very good fella..but many many fall an die from this ,,they realize it too late,, and the poor hormones are being blamed while in reality you had there a narcotics addict that all his problems started due to the narcotics addicition

Good post gh. I saw a lot of my friends go through bad pain killer addiction. It's the biggest epidemic of my generation. Highschool kids into heavy heavy painkiller abuse it's pretty sad.

maybe here and there a protein shake
but when i'm down to 6-7% BF again i want to do a testo ot tren cycle

my goal after that cycle would be 85-86 @ 6% BG, that would crush dem small fuckers
right now withoud drugs i gues i have to drop to 78-79kg in order to be at 8%...that's a bit too small for my taste, and i figured the winter time would be perfect to let the trenbolona run wild
