I am not an expert in steroids so won't make any predictions re using them. A guy like Leafy has a good start so should respond to effective workouts using good equipment.

At the moment my arms are as big as they have been in the past which is quite pleasing. Exercise selection is more important than I thought. A similar exercise isn't as good as the effective one. Triceps need very specific equipment and technique to grow. I will see in the next month if I can get bigger arms than ever before. Today I will be modifiying my lying triceps machine to move the pulley higher. This should give more tension at the completion of the extensions. If it works I will modify the other men's lying extension machine.

I call bullshit on guys who give advice like gh15. Luke Wood was following his dream and died for it. Maybe he made some mistakes but the reality is he died while still a young guy. That shouldn't happen to the guys here who want to be bodybuilders. If gh15's advice is sound and this is what you have to do to be a champion then bodybuilding is dead. This is lunacy. gh15 and others who advocate these banned substances should be banned and castigated. The authorities should find out who he is and lock him up. If I owned this site I would be ashamed of what it has become. Ron might like hanging around bodybuilding contests but he isn't a bodybuilder and probably never will be one.
