Rockel seems to catch a lot of hate on this board, but I actually like his physique. Yeah he's holding water and looks quite bloated in that guest posing video, but this is bodybuilding in 2011 which means insulin which mean distended gut especially in off season. When on stage though, he has a solid look to him built on lots of tren

yes its a guest posing and all. but to me it puts a silly shimmer over the concept of bodybuilding when they are too off the mark. i can see that they do it becasue of money.

let me counter rockel with a more impressive physique with a real midsection:

agreed. i think rockell 2-3 years ago had great aesthetics. just too short to be really standing out in a line up. but imo one of the better pro physiques before the distention.

If his internal organs are enlarged due to GH he will never recover. Unless they shrink in size once u stop the GH? Just guessing.
