These aren't my words they are a professors.

Professors don't know jack shit about what works in real life.  Only people know what works is the people that actually put into practice.  With trial and failure they're able to figure out things--that's how scientist do it too.  Professors on the other hand tend read up on other people's shit and write a conclusion based on that.  The more the complicated verbiage the more chances their article gets a chanced to be published.  

Case in point about hgh.  My father's on hgh although I chose not to do it yet.  I told him it's a magic drug and he should take it for his sake.  For the first kit I mixed water into his hgh and would put them in the fridge.  It was working well for him.  Then he started to mix water himself and he'd leave it outside.  I told him put it in the fridge, "Nah it's cold weather it'll be fine."  After 2 weeks of use he's complaining that it's not working on him.

OH yeah my whole point is that it's a good idea to listen to gh15's advice and as everyone in the know says "he's always on spot."
