workout preparation:
- 30 min of sun bathing (for vitamin D, radiation and muscle relaxing). I like listening to Sade while doing it
- 30 min of a good nap (makes you feel refreshed and brand new, good for stamina too).
- drink one can of red bull (with NO vodca)
workout routine:
- very simple, just train your arms until you rip the steel cables apart, literally
- the end
bonus: after you trashed the equipment, a loud grunting that last for a few secs and then shout GETBIG! while others are looking at you scared. and make sure before leaving you say very clear to everybody "no homo" so they know you are straight as an arrow.
also, I had two 10kgs plates each side on the machine weights as well that I rapidly took out after shit went wrong, I dont want to be expelled from the gym (second time it happened this year).
