Noobie HGH Reconstitution Question

starting gh tomorrow for my first time. i was bent on finding bac water until i read this:

out of fridge degrading fast,, within few hours its worth nothing WHILE MIXED....unmixed can stay out fridge for quite long now day ,,in fridge dont matter,, can be mixed with distill water that you boil and levae in fridge  with out reboiling for a month wont matter,,10 iu vials are usdualy used in 24 hour to 48 hour period anyone who actualy buy bacteriostatic water is a retard ,,bac water is if you want the 10 iu vial to last 3 + weeks

so i've picked up a gallon of distilled water and i'm all set, but what i don't understand is after i boil the water, what then? i mean, i can't just draw it right up out of the pan and squirt it into a vial of gh boiling hot like that, right? surely the heat will destroy it.

that assumed, how do i go about making the water cold again without bacteria setting in? the only thing i know to do is just pour it into a container of some sort and refrigerate it. but this sounds a bit iffy to me.

i'm probably over thinking it, but some kind of answer would be greatly appreciated.

I boil the water w/ a shot glass in it.  Take it out w/ tongs and put it in the freezer until cold.  Then reconstitute 2 vials at a time.

this is beginning to sound more like canning than the simple reconstitution procedure i was hoping for. in perspective, bac water is now sounding like a simpler more attractive option.

just seems complicated and a little intimidating. if i did this i would have to use a canning jar. i don't drink so i don't have shot glasses laying around, plus i'd feel better about having a lid on it. so what would i do? boil the jar, lid, and ring in one large pot while i boil my distilled water in another? how would i keep everything sanitary when it's time to put the lid and ring on? wear gloves? perhaps i'll find a way to inconspicuously ask my mom for details regarding sanitary canning preparation tomorrow.

right. that's what i should have done. i guess i was hoping it would come with water. keyword: noobie here. anyway, i went ahead and boiled it. baked the canning jar at 350 for 10min and boiled the lid to sterilize everything. waited til it was cool and reconstituted it. i'm on day two with no bumps yet. i did a pregnancy test this morning to be certain it wasn't hcg (commonly substituted) came back negative. still it's hard to know if it's lagit. no wrists or ankles aching. then again i only took 2iu so time will tell perhaps.

I don't know. Bac water is pretty cheap and last a long time, at least at 3ius/day. And you don't have to worry about anything. It's in a sterile sealed vial and easy to get. Seems like a hassle to start boiling water and making sure everything stays sterile.

Honestly, to me buying bac. water is just like buying syringes.  Yes, you can re-use syringes and yes, you can boil the water and do it that way, but Bac. water, just like syringes, can be bought in bulk, and cheap... sooooo why not just make life easy?

I would be pretty annoyed if every time I had to mix hgh I had to boil water.  It's much easier for me to just draw from the btl of bac water sitting in my fridge and mix.

Less of a big deal: Open package in your mail box, draw out bac water, inject in gh vial.

 I like the fact the bac water comes in a sealed sterile vials. Distilled water out of plastic jug, then boil in a metal pot, stored in I don't know what and kept in the fridge until it cools down seems more of a pain. After you boil it what do you store it in? I prefer a sealed sterile vial.

Depends where you live but just google it. That's what I did. I think I paid about $3.50 for a 50ml of bac water. That's enough for five kits of hgh.
