asmatha and gaining weight

Since my last show I have gone from 205 to 220 and have noticed a persistant annoying asmatha cough which i guess is where i have gained that new weight relatively quickly! Any body else experienced this and did they manage to find a solution to it? ???

Asthma, is very often in your genes and of course when you gain weight quickly it will take a toll on your body. Get an albuterol inhaler just in case and increase the amount of cardio you do. Are you sure that you aren't just sick?
