The city is small, with a population of just shy of 120,000; it's economy is struggling to redefine itself as it enters a new era where the auto industry is taking a backseat to biotech and information sciences. But there's hope, people are smiling again, and most of the good humour is coming from the local gyms, where an eighteen year old youth is pumping serious iron and making heads turn.
