I have lucid dreams about 1-2 times a week :) It has always been that way...

And what things would you need to do, according to those blogs? I'm not sure if it's possible to trigger a lucid dream by doing something...

Nah man its usually like I'd be dreaming and then I would think to myself "No way this is real must be a dream" then start doing crazy shit.

I was able to do it quite often. However I stopped doing it because every single time I would go lucid, I always ended up with sleep paralysis and some OLD "shemale" Hag would be sitting on chest trying to steal my oxygen while I was lying on a couch in Lars Ulrich's living room as the band Lucid Delusion played the most horrid music.

steal my oxygen = obstructive sleep apnea.   :-\

Sleep paralysis - its actually quite common. If your used to it then you won't panic at all and realise already what is happening which makes it sort of a very very short lucid dream. Happens to me about once every 2 months or so.

Okay well i don't know if it classifies as lucid dreaming but technically u are still in a dream state but you are conscious, i tend to have these and often if i do panic and i constantly try shouting 'Help me' but my mouth does not open or i think my body is shaking when it is not- now i just relax.

I guess maybe lucid dream was wrong choice of words ironneck.
