Pretty solid routine: deadlifts, bent-over rows, seated cable rows, pulldowns, dumbbell pullovers.

Hard to believe a guy who was in Pumping Iron is still competing and looks great. Not to mention he made a very successful comeback in the 90s and won the first Masters Mr Olympia.
