first, his reaction was very unprovoked. i can imagine they script this shit to make it a "hardcore" pawnshop.

secondly, couldnt agree more on the son acting out his machoness with 5 bystanders ready to protect him.

Fake or not, there is no denying that this shop is full of crazies. They wouldn't behave as they do in front of the cameras if they had any class at all.

I'm not saying they are all black crackheads either. Most seem to be though. And real fat. No civilisation whatsoever.

Is America really so full of people of the caliber of the clientel of this pawnshop?

They appear uneducated and selling their fake bling to purchase a bag of crack.

All "reality" shows are scripted.  In fact, it is rather doubtful that the people portrayed are real life characterizations of themselves.  The only reality tv that is real is sports.

Jeez - show is completely scripted.  They need 'good' staged events so that you will continue to watch it.

Most pawn shops are quite, they offer you a price, you can take it or leave it, and get the product back if you bring the money back with interest.  Simple as that.  No one is going to scream and make a scene.

Most of the people coming into the shows just need money, either to pay bills or having a tough time.

100% scripted but they do get alot of craxckheads in there hell it is located in 8 mile! its full of desperate drug addicts. I bet there is alot of action in there. does not surprise me but what we see on TV is scripted. except maybe the chick he takes a piss in the parking lot that looked pretty real. the son always calls his dad les? seems like he would call him dad. les thinks he is such a badass. he says he lifts heavy weights everyday-lol must not eat shit or thinks 255pd dumbells are heavy weight. I bet you could get some pretty good cheap stuff in that area everybody is unemployed and rob people like crazy. I wouldnt roll through that area without my glock. crazy fuckers around there like hell on earth. I bet they make bank at taht pawn shop and plus with the show I would bet they are doing real GOOD.
