i spoke to a gym buddy of mine today, he used to look great few years ago, but then he had some problems in his life so he stopped training completely.
he really has no interest to lie to me, so i asked him what cycles he ran back then. he used to be 100kg at 10 or so bf with great muscle shape.

either way he tells me he used to do 1 3 month cycle a year of anadrol (turkish) and test e (hg testoviron depot)
he said hed start at half amp per week and quater drol and go up to 3 amps per week max then taper off same way and come off no pct, no hcg, clomid etc.
never had any sides and felt great.

is he a genetic freak or does this make some sense?

Personally I would rather pick a dosage and stick to it, then either switch compounds or bring the dosage up after 2-3 months

That's how I used to run everything, sometimes cruising for several months before finally coming off. Never used any PCT and never had any problems with recovery.

However my run this last year is a bit deeper, and I'm not getting younger. May take some help when/if I do come off.
