I've decided to quit smoking for various reasons (lack of motivation, too much money, and I'm sick and tired of having vices). So it's been almost a week since I stopped. People say there are no side effects from quiting, this is not true. Just google "cannibus withdrawl" and read all the message boards posts.
One withdrawl symptom is insomina...(which is why I'm posting at 3:33 in the morning). Another is anxiety attacks...

Happened to me when I quit the first time. But when I quit then, I was staying high amost 24/7. This time I just smoked once maybe twice a day so while there is a little insomonia, there has been no anxiety. I just keep myself busy. Cannibus withdrawl is not only psychological it can be physical. Good luck.
