Heaviest I've ever been was 272 as you see in the young pics I don't have a giant frame but not a small one either.
I would have to take brakes walking up the stairs and hold my breath to tie my shoes...lol   It sucked.

It was with Matt C when we did the video he never posted. I'd have to see the pic to know if it was shopped I do remember being a fatass though around 260 but no juice, no working out and alot of pot and food.  It wasn't good.

regarding my waist if you look at the my back latspread and twisting pic, you'll see I can lose about 3-4 more inches off my waist and it was 32 in pics. For me, that is always the last to go and first to blow up
