Correct. When my wife cheated on me, it came as such a shock it changed my whole being and persona unconsciously. I became a very different person after that. Something is not right. If the letters were from the wife to the lover why would she have those letters? If you write a letter and mail it, you no longer have the letter. Unless they were drafts, but who would keep drafts of 60 year old (love) letters?
