the usa government owes most of the debt to itself and us citizens, it literally makes no difference because the usa government cannot default on any of it's debt since it's all in usa denominated dollars.

Obama campaigned against these policy decisions and over-reliance on debt. I didn't support Bush doing it nor do I support Obama. Most media outlets do not focus or even mention this so I think it's necessary to post.

For the 2008 elections I would have voted Obama. This time around I'm not so sure, although I wouldn't rule it out (as the field of candidates is limited). I do like some of Ron Paul's idea's (foreign policy) but there is a radical side to him that concerns me.
