LOL, if western culture is nothing but product brands that's fucking sad. He should have also mentioned that China manufactures all the big brand names now but we all already know that. How could anyone fathom that Nike is American? They have an office here that directs shit, everything else is produced outside America, that is all. Nothing left American other than the greed factor which we've been pretty proud of since the late 1800's.
Also fucking ironic they don't want to mention the heavy argument made by American big business interests in the 90's that all this transfer of weath to China would bring about positive change there.
Of which China played along with lolololol... of course they did... In reality the only thing American business gave a shit about was how much money it meant for them and the same for Chinese leadership.
Buying Chinese made shit is buying a bullet for one of our troops, don't think for a second the day won't come. The Chinese are highly nationlistic. You can westernize them all you think you are and all the government has to do is go "BOO!, look what they did or said about you!!!" and they are all in line.
