As dumb as this sounds..yes he would. At least she would be close enough to where she could visit him knowing he's owning up to his responsibilities. He could get out in a couple of years or less with a clean slate. Now, now he's really fucked if he comes back.

it's a pretty fucked up situation to be in, and I'd like to know the real story but like you say, I like Milos but in everyone of his stories his "solid proofs that will show the world he was right all along" always seems to magically disapear/get stolen or whatever
