How much did you pick it up for> EVer used it before? I tried it but wasn't crazy about it. Felt more like a diuretic than anything else.

A good multivitamin could work too in place of the C,B,E combo's, but I like to separate them out.  That way if I get sick I can take a bunch of C.  Seems to work for me so far.
