I use to fall for that shit. I would go buy 50 jugs of protien and that bullshit no2 or whatever the hell it was it came with a big book talking about how it was just as good as steroids. My god I put more weight on in one month than I had in years. I fell in love. I went from 185 pounds to 205 pounds. I went from shoulder pressing 50 pound dumbells to 80 dumbells haha it was so amazing to me.

Well supplements do work, it's just not creabulkadvancetstrength 2.0 shit. Omega3 acids for instance, they do work. 10-20g of omegas per day cost a lot of money as well.
