Reminds me of a scene from the movie Gator Burt Reynolds running moonshine in a 1972 Ford LTD.

One guy gets the shit kicked out of him, then the guy who does the shit kicking gets a baseball bat to the knees and the guy who records the video focuses more on the damn car than the injured?

Gotta love it.

No I haven't been there.
And probably wouldn't go because it's still pretty unstable region... clashes between few remaining rebels and federal forces occur from time to time.

I'm not the right person to judge them but what I have understood from following the situation quite a much  ; Their regional leader Ramzan Kadyrov is a pure thief.
Moscow has pumped billions after billions into that republic after the war and obviously too much of that money has gone in Kadyrov's private garage.
But Putin keeps Kadyrov in power because he is loyal to Kremlin and is big supporter of Moscow.

Ordinary Chechens are probably not different from any other people but they are hostages of the situation; there are for example virtually no jobs available there. Just "free money". That's never good.
I hope Russia's and France's common project to build ski and holiday center there manages to improve the situation.

My humble opinion.

Thanks,
Ramzan Kadyrov was a rebel warloard too,but now he switched to Russian because his father was killed by another former warloard Basayev.

You think that's funny? That's sick.

Yes, she walked away but the impact was nuts. In many cases like that people are in shock and only late realize they're fucked up one way or the other. Internal bleeding kicks in later - this happened to my friend and his leg was a mess for the next year. And he thought he was ok because he "felt ok" right after the impact.
