Do have a virus on my comp if youtube videos and others are really slow?

alot of times my computer will crash and just shut off. i deframented and everything even using google chrome. it seemed to do a little better after the defrag but in a weak back to fucking up big time

you need to look at your log files in event viewer to see what the fuck is going on.  It will tell you what is crashing your system.

Are you still using Windows 3.11?

Does it completely shutdown or does it restart? Can you power it back up instantly or do you have to wait awhile?  Does it shutdown only when watching videos or at random?

Do a full virus-check with your antivirus, which one are you using? Norton? McAffee? Avira? AVS?

Get spybot search n destroy and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and do a check.

Also get Ccleaner.

Lavasoft\Ad-Aware .................similar to Spybot S+ D

Ads running in the background on your PC slow it way down.

Chrome browser w/ad block plus add-on + Panda Cloud AntiVirus (freeware) + Malwarebytes (freeware) = GOOD TO GO !!!

I would scan with Spybot first since it is pretty thorough.  Then when it's clean uninstall it because it is a resource hog.

Look in task manager for anything that is taking up a lot of memory and or CPU when it is running slow.  This may pinpoint the program that is slowing you down.

You got to wipe it clean Falcon, all the so called cleanup programs just take yo cash dawg. Too much porn will load you up with malware and viruses.
