Over The Counter Diuretics. Most effective?

Anyone got any experiance with otc diuretics?

Need to dry out a little and wondered whether they are effective at all.

Believe it or not I've had some decent success with straight Dandelion root.

If I was going to choose a brand for OTC, I'd go Gaspari if he has one since he likes to use real shit in his products LOL.

Also, get some bronkaid and get on it asap, you'll dry out by the day.

X2.  MHP sells a product called Water shed or something like that.  That works well.  But you need to be smart about sodium intake and drink lots and lots of water leading up to when you want to look your best then cut the water cold.  Your body will still be pissing like a horse thinking it is getting this endless supply of water but it won't

They sell dandelion root in a lot of the health stores, so i'll give that a try.

Bronkaid? for the ephedrine?

I haven't taken ephedrine in a while but can just get the tabs.

Dandelion root is good, but the most effective OTC one i've ever used is Universal Nutritions Arbuterol. That is honestly almost too effective. I pissed like a race horse 24/7 on that stuff.
