OK, Just saying..... 09 Cutler would beat Heath, the pic of Cutler before last years O could've beat Heath and that pick was only days before the O so I don't find it hard to believe that the injury did not play a key role in Cutler going from 100% to 90% in just days, he also had feathers in his quads so I suspect he peaked to early being extremely low bodyfat form he was vulnerable to an injury, my point is if he really was at his all time best just days before last year he is still within striking distance of peaking again. I give a 25% chance of winning.

Cutler is schmoetastic, like Branch. I won't be surprised if the fridge and the microwave crack the top 2.

Heath 3rd, Grapefruit 4th, Beyeke 5th if he can come in shape.

Dex was near flawless but he wasn't freaky in the way Phil and Jay are; Jay less so. Phil is arguably more marketable than Jay and just as nice of a guy. Branch is the schmoe's wet dream but he doesn't have the physique to beat Phil or Jay in top form. His back is not worthy of the Olympia top 5.

In theory yes (If all came in peak condition) but we have seen time after time, the judges make horrible calls.

I think big issue here is receptor downgrade....happened to Cutler, Yates and Coleman....response to drugs just diminishes and injuries escalate....Phil Heath=fresh receptors and BEST genetics.

In a funny kind of way, it is a gesture of kindness doing this. Kind of like saying "Ok, we have decided that we will never give you an O title ever again, so we don't want to give you 2nd/3rd place (even if you deserve it) or you will have false hopes and take more life threatening quantities of AAS for no reason at all"

It is a mercy placing for Jay if he gets 4th this year.

Money. Jay's income drops off once he retires. He's set financially, but it's hard to say goodbye to the easy pay days. Look at Bill Parcells thinking about coming back and coaching the Saints. Even he is lured by money.
