He was small-ish but completely pulled it off. Looked awesome and actually WAS a physique attainable with minimal amounts of gear.

Thanks bro. Around 220 in that pic you saw. My upper body is more developed then my lower. Im trying hard to bring up my lowers. I have a smaller frame for a tall guy with small joints. My muscle bellies pop off nicely giving the illusion I weigh more than I do at my height..

berry is dutch, me 2... and it is a small world in the cult, so i know a few things lol!
berry was on grams of shit! especially for his all time best look, and the lightest he ever was btw.... he was on a ton of shit! lots of parabolan.... lots!!!!
he overdieted for that show because he wanted to try the "ripped" look....
those guys at bodyshape where he trained were not economizing on steroids bro! lol!

just because a guy has a pleasing and "pretty" physique does NOT mean he is not on a ton of shit lol!!!
and 6'1 103 kilos in awesome condition is not small by any means! strydom was 230 at that show, paris about the same as Berry, and both Strydom and Paris also 6'plus.... only one that was around 250 was Hany.....

but! the '88 Olympia berry was ON!!!! he killed everybody on legs! everybody! including Hany, i mean the hams/calves , really Hany looked silly next to Berry, but Hany was on another level with upperbody mass...
but why on earth that midget got second and not Berry is beyond me! a carwreck of lost bodyparts smashed together on a twisted frame! And Berry was just as conditioned as the midget.....killed the midget in every pose!
I always felt Berry got screwed at that show....

But Berry is what bodybuilding should be about , physiques like that! Berry, Paris, Stydom.....
and if you look at these physiques they all have one thing in common....

Yeah i can see why Haney got it with the sheer mass and thickness, but if you look at the shape, quad sweep, back detail, waist, lines, conditioning, completeness and aesthetics, Berry takes it for me.

Around 230 is a good number for that height range, no coincidence.

Little waddling midgets and the schmoes that facilitate that shit killed bodybuilding.
