I know Nandrolone is supposed to relieve the joints while on cycle. But I never thought it would be helpful for recovery. Would about 300mg be good?
Collagen is the connective tissue in the muscle tissue, as well as in tendons and ligaments and several more areas. Collagen synthesis is increased, this will enhance recovery. Not to mention the enhanced anabolic atmosphere.
100mg to 200mg tops is all that would be needed....a single dose a wk for 12 to 16wks would be a huge difference. Add in HGH and it will be even more so.
I can think of two instances in my life where Nandrolone sped up recovery. Once for a twisted vertebra and once for a minor pec tear.
