Just an update. This week, I got out 6 clean reps with 225lbs, and 2 reps out with 275lbs on the bench. I also gained 5lbs. I've switched to some very low priced supplements the past 2 weeks, and since then, every one of my lifts has gone up in weight! I don't understand it. I've wasted so much money on overpriced crap, and now I'm on supps. that cost about 1/3 of what i used to pay, and I've never made progress like this in 3 years of training! Last week I incline pressed 80lbs db's for 10 reps, and thought I probably could've done more, but it was my 4th set already. This week I got the 90lbers up for 8 reps. I thought it would've taken me till the summer to get to the 100lbs db's, but it's only about 2 weeks away!! I'm so pumped!!!
