most ever benched was 160kgs for 2, but I think my spotter was helping a bit. Usually around 140kgs for a few.
Training 7 years, prob last 2 or 3 of those training properly, eating still not enough. Need to start smoking weed.
Done a few cycles, first was a few dbols a day for a few weeks (waste of time and money), second was 300mgs of deca a week for 12 weeks (crashed and lost it), third was a bit more deca I think, fourth was sust 250 1ml a week for a few weeks then 2 ml, then crashed again (dumb girl), current cycle is enanthate pyramidded up to 1125mgs a week on my way down now (no fucking crashing this time baby).
