its a matter of preference .... Ive never use a belt but some people do curls wearing a belt

Interesting.... I was doing 270kg deads for 6 reps and didnt think I was doing well... I pulled 320kg for a single training for strongman under 90kg..... Still didnt think it was good enough..

May rethink that now

ive never used a belt and i dead and squat quite heavy.... doesnt mean i have to try and shit on everyone that uses a belt.....
and chances are i pull more than you with or without straps... from what youve said..
