Mirrors are always helpful while lifting weights and working on form. They are invaluable to me in the gym.

Why the hang-up with mirrors Coach?  I find them really helpful for identifying movement patter problems/deficiencies as I workout solo most of the time.  I would find them more useful in front of a power rack vs. a dumbbell rack.  Saying that, I've often do lifts with eyes closed to focus on feel.

mirrors are cool as long as u r using them mostly for keeping your form in check, a little flexing of the bodypart your training in between sets never hurt though :)

Mirrors give a false sense of security especially when it comes to looking at your "form". It's rarely what.it actually appears.
