well the way you post it seems like youv'e been here for years..... because its the same old stuff if someone posted a picture of a dish of ice cream.... you somehow turn it into an oppurtunity to talk about black people... those people arent even black yet you somehow found a way to work black people into the discussion......

I don't know the story about the picture at hand. However it's not as simple as having the resources to fix the bridge. These people are most likely dealing with Warlords who wouldn't allow anything to be fixed etc. A lot of these 3rd world countries are living in shit not because its people won't rise up, but the Warlords are being supported by 1st world countries. Some people just never have a chance. Free will is an illusion.
