Jay has been at this a long time and age
catches up to everyone. At the best case scenar
he would duplicate his 2009 physique.
As far as reaching his very best, those days were
between 2001-2003 when his waist was relatively small.
Jay can outsize Phil but little chance to beat him unless
Phil's off and then he's got to get by Kai who beat him
at the Sheru classic according to everyone but Jay's diehard
fans and the judges. All the commentary I heard from other
experts had Jay below Kai.

He's never done it before. 99% sure he looks tiny because he's been trying to clear out the oil from the body. But, the damage is done.
