Funny thing, looking at the map parker posted reminded me of a group of indo-pak relatives attending my highschool. They claimed Kenyan nationality, yet they looked, reeked, and behaved like they originated from the heart of Karachi.
They also used to mock other brown fellas by calling them "paki's". I found that quite ironic and proving that brown people will accept blatant delusion over reality.
