Really low HDL! WTF

  :'(Had a blood test  taken, HDL was down to 19. I go to the doc next week to talk to him about it. He is aware of what I'm doing, he wants me to do the sust for HRT at 250mg a week, 20mg of anavir ED as well. but been doing 500 a week, and thru in some tren for a little extra kick. I'm 53 and this is the first real cycle that I've done it 3 years. Didn't put on any weight, but leaned out big time, and got ripped and hard in 4 weeks, and feel f__king GREAT!!!!!!

My question is............what can bring up the HDL?

What did the rest of your numbers look like?  Such as total cholesterol, LDL, triglycerides, etc.

My HDL was 7, 3 months ago. I was eating to clean, I added alot of fish oil. Now its at 42.

Well, Total cholesterol was 96. He was happy about that, and said everything was good and not to worry about it.

Are you sure your Total Cholesterol was 96?  That seems like an abnormally low number.  Any number less than 200 is considered good - but 96?

I would check the results again to make sure.

And yes, total 96, and I get a blood test every 6 weeks, the doc is full aware of my use of AAS, shit, he perscribed them to me, that's why all the blood test.
My diet is very clean, a lot of flex seed oil, fish oil, and a shit load of other supplaments to boot!

Sorry I can't find the bottle. I was taking 3 pills a day. Its the cheap fish oil you can get at Wal-Mart. I didn't mean eating to clean caused the problem I just ment I wasn't taking any omega 3's, or any fats. I did some trouble shooting and found that it was tren that was messing me up.

Like other mentioned, take in EFA's.......specifically fish oils and flaxseed oils.
