More or less. While i don't recommend Animal Pak, per se, it's a great multi and then some. I also don't think muscle milk is necessary. That being said, the simplicity is nice. You want to avoid weight gainers, like N-Large II. My Mass Stack is:
Glutamine, Arginine (alone, not AAKG or anything unnecessarily expensive), Creatine, Carnitine if you can afford it, BCAAs if you can afford them, a good whey protein powder, Casein Powder if you can afford it, lots and lots of good food. For me, that means lots of eggs and huge freakin' bowls of oatmeal, and the odd hamburger.
