also don't freak out when your pee comes out yellow!!
think of it if you've drank beer

I only take one pak a day as apposed to the two a day they suggest, and I empty the baggie in my hand, fill my mouth with water and tip my head back and toss em all in at once.  Makes my eyes water and every now and then I gag but its quicker and easier than splitting them up.  I guess this method is probably not for everyone based on the disgusted look my wife gives me...

Seriously, if you're asking if you should take them all at once or split up, then yes you do need to take them all at once, with a meal preferably. Personal opinion though, if you've got your diet/other supps in order Animal Paks are a waste of $$$...
