Serious question: why is it always older guys pecs that start to sag a bit first, signs of gyno, etc.

I like Richard, but am I the only one that thinks filming oneself is odd? (Posing, etc) ?
I dont know, maybe I'm old fashioned and reserved. The self promotion / attention whore stuff is annoying.
One of my best friends is the worst at this, I just dont get it...

Great for Richard to be in that condition though, he's inspiring. (Plus he has a damn brain, smart guy)..

I think it's lack of use and atrophy of muscle mass that causes the skin to lose elasticity in that area that never comes back in later life. Lots of great lifters get that look, they lose a bit of muscle mass late in life and it never comes back, they always have a slight bit of loose skin.

Looks great though, atleast 15 years younger than his actual age to my eye facially.

yes you are right its a 15 year old kid thing to film yourself in front of the mirror...but this guy is fuckin 65 years old...back then when i didnt know anything about bodybuilding i thought that a 30 year man/woman is old...is some kind it is but then you see some of figure fitness girls a wya above that age and they look better than 20 years old girls
