Over/under on how many lies/talking points Obama drops while offering no concrete plans or ideas tonight? I'm going with 38.

I think she got enough bad press for what she said before the debate, shit that went against the agreed rules, that she won't cross the rules and will sit back for the most part. Both campaigns said, "hey wtf" over the shit she said. I'm guessing she will play it safe after the bad press.
