You're getting fat from peanuts, Sizzler (when you cheat), chicken, (maybe milk, if it's not fat free), and hopefully sunflower seeds and a fish oil capsule. This is a pretty complex mix of fats, w/ most coming from real foods. This is what you want. You want most of your nutrition to be derived from real foods. ALso, if you wanted to Co Q10 and a B' vitamin mix is great to throw in w/ your breakfast. I don't see a lot of red meat in your diet (you never did specify what you eat at the sizzler, and I have never been in one. I can only assume that it is a steak place). You might think about an Iron supplement in your diet every third to fourth day.
