How do you know this?

We've been told NO nutritional information is available on their drinks. Nothing at the cafe and nothing on their webpage http://www.cityblends.com/

With guns like that he has all the creds he needs.  240 you would have to strap on about 6 glocks to equal those  :D.  I agreee the guy uses his body to make a living...he's just making some money.

I hate the word Metrosexual. I has NOTHING to do with sex. it's not a cross between a homosexual and anything because it's not sexual. what ever happened to pretty boy or girly man or something.... i can't think of a better word right now.

I think City Blends is a branch off of Extreme Blendz.  I think the guys were partners and something went wrong so they split and now have their own companies.  Am I right.  Anyway, some great tasting drinks and veryhigh in carbs.  Allot of fruity mixes.  The main thing is the simplicity and speed you can make a drink.  Very efficient.

my gym just got city blendz, and its really fuckin good. my favorite is get your peanuts here!
why is it they can't make protein shakes like this for home use?? theres no way i can make my shake taste like that at home.

Lee's arm looks incredible in that shot...makes you wonder how much the beverage weighed to get it to flex up like that.  LOL  That's the thing about being ripped...you can scratch your nose and look awesome.

i read the Vince Gironda book. He says that protein must be taken with fat to be best absorbed and that protein with carbs wasn't so good for absorbtion of the protein. Anyway I started doing protein with half and half... i got to my biggest size ever but also my fattest.
