"Circuit" lifting
« on: December 04, 2005, 11:01:21 AM »
After benching, do a "circuit" with each individual muscle group on non-free weight machines. Start with the chest machine, go to the shoulder press machine, then do tricep presses. I just starting doing this and hopefully it will get me somewhere. Anyone else tried it?

i used to teach circuit at my old job and what we did was 2 exercise for chest, than go to 3 or so exercises for legs (including calves in there too) than 2-3 for shoulders, couple for back and than arms, and all this was done n less than 45 min. did the job good only compliments and weight loss from it. i myself never actuall tried it but i know some who did and they puked off it.

Sometimes do that, but not expecting any gains, just getting a mild pump before i leave the gym, for a mental boost.  It's not necessary nor harmful.
