hey guys, I am just fiddling about with my split last couple weeks to find good combo. I had been doin
MON=shoulders/back/traps
WED=legs
FRI=chest/arms.
I felt that was ok, but i kinda felt my tri's were suffering working them after chest (stopped doing CGBP)
In the past i have done MON=chest/back
WED=legs
FRI=shoulder/arms.
I think that worked aswell but at that time i think i didnt work shoulders hard enough. (i have deliberately been working shoulders on mondays to make sure they get worked hard early). I feel i work shoulder/arms well together, so i am thinking of either going back to the second split above
OR
doing MON=shoulders/arms
WED=legs
FRI= chest/back traps?
What you guys think?
I have rugby tue/thur/sat. so would prefer to only be in gym on monday/wednesday and friday, so i can really hit muscles hard without over training my body!!
