thanks 240.  make sure to keep your feet grounded and torso locked while doing your dumbell front and side laterals. people always use momentum , swinging back and forth and bobbing up and down when working delts..  much better to drop the weight and do a nice controlled motion keeping the bulk of the stress on the delts throughout.

    intelligence is not quantity but quality of thought...   thought itself is not desireable..  reducing thoughts to a minimum is a mark of enlightening..  thinking about reallity should always be enjoyable.. you need to make up your mind that there is absolutely nothing that can make you unhappy.. make the decision that your going to be happy no matter what happens... reduce your thoughts to a minimum.. just be the observer... observe the emotions that pass through you, observe why you felt them, observe your external world without labeling it, just BE..    this is intelligence my friend..

ive been off the juice for about 9 months now man. even doing some cardio and eating healthy too. but anyways, im already old. i feel like im 5,000. while i do not want to die yet, i certainly wouldnt feel as if it was that premature if i did.

Here is the deal, I can probably rack up 600-800 bucks in a few months time, shows us you can get to sub 7%, then pic a show six months later and the money is yours to contribute to your show, look no one has bashed you more then me but about bodyfat only, you do have a lot of mass and your structure is good for bodybuilding, serious, wide clavicles, narrow waist, and good shape to the bodyparts, your down fall is your will to diet or lack of, nothing more.

Well it's curious. You had a healthier face on the pics where you were on juice. On these pics, you have the bloated look of Derek "Kidney of Peace" Anthony. I don't know if it's water retention, tiredness or whatever, but I wouldn't buy you an elixir of youth.
