The White race will be fine.  It has survived the Black (!!) plague, multiple Islamic incursions, world wars, and fallen empires.  We live in an era of Exponentialism, where changes are so dramatic and fast that it is erroneous to accurately predict future demographic and technological trends.  

Whites need to stop running from areas where they are a minority, White Flight per se.  They need to emphasize formal education and become better business and civic leaders.  Unless a particular white is a farmer or has a vocational trade, I say fuck 'em, they're trash.  And they will remain as trash until they acquire a degree or a trade.  Unlike many blacks and hispanics, whites shouldn't(and they largely don't) tolerate those unwilling to improve themselves.
