This reminds me of a convo we had at my gym the other day.. this 300lb wannabe bodybuilder who was FAT in high school and terrible at football claimed to have ran a 4.7 40 at 300lbs LOL. Of course we have the white gym trainer who failed at D1-AA college football claim his best time was a 4.34, believing this kids story. I just sat there and LOL'd hard. It was one of the more ridiculous stats I have heard.

Not bad.. My buddy Jason did 49 reps with 225 the other day when I was spotting him. Then did 23 reps with 315.
He weighs around 275, but still, strong Mofo..
