Peanut butter and crackers with grape juice, fats good long chain depending on the length of the workout and grape drank short term carbs to get you started.

A bit too much for a pre-workout meal, maybe this is the reason its all gone tits up for you.

forgot to mention i have avacado and corn tortilla chips

ive done half the workout

boxed 6 minites straight real fast then sprints of 50 yards done 4 of them

just had a double chocolate klondike bar with half a negra modela

lol that video kicked ass i thought about grinding my nails on a peice of steel to get that shivering effect maybe that actually boosts energy too?

x2 on chobani. if you can get the big sized ones (not the huge tubs the ones that are next size up from the normal ones) just one of those is a great meal on its own

Try none of it. Work out on an empty stomach for epic leans. Then wait about 2 hours after training to eat.

Starting mowing will help with the fat loss Johnny just keep the calories a bit under minimum and mow brother. It will come down.
