Breakdown of calories??

I am wanting to do 55% PROTEIN 30% CARBS AND 15% FAT. For a 2000 calorie. how do I break this down to total grams of each, per meal.

Going off 2000 calories, you'd have:

1100 calories for carbs (55%)

600 calories for protein (30%)

300 calories for fat (15%)

Carbs and protein each contain 4 calories per gram.  Fat 9 calories per gram.

So....  1100 calories of carbs is 275 grams.  600 calories protein is 150 grams, and 300 calories fat is roughly 33 grams.

Per meal depends on how many times each day you're going to eat.  I think you can figure it from here...  ;)
