U should b focusing on being intense with squatting and over head pressing, heavy deadlifts, heavy leg presses, bench press heavy, barbell rows, weighted dips, weighted pullups, all these plus more food.
If I were u I would get to 200 lbs, then worry about proportion and touch shit up if need be.
U r lean and proportionEd good, u need that size and density that u want set your mind to get thick as fuck mode, keep it up.
