delts look good,bi's,,,what are doing for tris,,,need to hit them hard 'close grip presses,overhead rope extensions..heavy lower reps 6-10 but good solid form..then maybe a lighter pump day...in betwwen on a rested day 'few days apart.

yeah i actually do overhead rope extensions and pressdowns with the rope as well
so maybe i need to add in close grips and/or dips?
my pecs are improved as well, so next pic i'll try and include them in the shot, i'll also add in a back double bi as well
for bis i've been doing 3 grip (wide, close, normal) curls with a straight bar standing and also with an ez bar on the preacher curl bench
i was doing hammers alot, but i cut back on them and focused more on the 3 way curls
p.s. i'm more ripped that that pic indicates (shit blared lighting on a shit camera phone
) maybe i'll take an in the gym action shot of me curling then you will clearly see my excellent conditioning with great detail and separation
and i'm happy to report i hit this level of conditioning without t3 and/or clen, also i'm only running test, and it appears that i don't need these hardeners like tren ace, mast, winny etc so that's cool
in fact, it seems like i should have just stuck with test injects all along, oh well, live and learn
