I live in the cheapest apartment in downtown Houston that my gf can afford, just across from the projects. My name is Jason Blaha. I'm almost 40 years old. I believe in the idea taking care of myself, I occasionally buy healthy food and eat maintenance calories, usually I just pig out on junk food. I also believe in the idea of a rigorous exercise routine, in reality I do one set five reps so as not to aggravate my conditions. In the morning(10am-1pm), if my face is a little puffy from a late night crying and deleting YT comments, I'll put on a bag of frozen peas while eating whatever Mooncookie has left for me as she goes out to work and start deleting comments, I can do a thousand now. After I remove the bag of frozen peas, I use a deep pore hair regrowth formula, though I am actually not bald guys.
In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser which I bulk buy with as many coupons(that I have clipped out of the free Houston paper) as allowed. Then a honey almond body scrub that is Mooncookies, so dont tell her. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub to wash away the tears and hide the tired bags that have formed. Then I sit in the corner of the shower and sob whilst contemplating my life, I do this for 10 minutes to an hour depending on the content of last nights comments. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because I try to keep all alcohol out of the house with Mooncookies propensity for violent outbursts when drunk. Then moisturizer, then an apres-pegging bum lotion followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion if Mooncookie has been particularly rough. There is an idea of a Jason Blaha, some kind of abstraction, but there is no real me. Only an entity, something reptilian. And though I can hide my cold gaze by never making eye contact, and you can shake my pale sweaty hand and feel weak flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our life styles are in no way comparable, I simply am not all there.

This, from the Boston Globe’s account of Rob Gronkowski’s party cruise, justifies the entire practice:

    “Am I having a good time? Oh my God, yes! Although I kind of don’t remember last night. I might have blacked out,” said a Framingham woman who identified herself as “There’s absolutely no way I’m telling you my name.”

The Gronk cruise is back in Miami this morning after a weekend in the Bahamas, so expect to see a flood of reporters’ accounts from the boat. Judging from Twitter this weekend, I think half the people there were reporters. Judicious use of expense accounts, honestly. But it’s a very big boat, and the Globe story reveals that more than two thirds of people on board had no idea it was a Gronk cruise until they showed up:

    There were also plenty of cruisers who had no idea that good-time Gronkowski was among them. The Norwegian Pearl holds more than 2,300 passengers, but only 700 of them were part of Gronk’s cruise. The rest thought they were on the boat for an ordinary vacation to the Bahamas.

This was a recent post by someone who's been active for 5 years.

Only females that should be aloowed to be fucked should be in the age range of 13-18. Older ones should be isolated in remote islands and used as organ/blood donors for men, when becoming of no use they should be shot and their meat used to feed the younger ones over there, a perfect self sustainable ecosystem. That's how I see a perfect world order. Haters gonna hate.

Aaron has always been there to give me a hand over the years but I choose to live a minimalist life and am going even further next year.  I'm going to set up a very simple cabin with no utilities, no running water, etc.  It will have a basic rainwater catchment system, solar panels with a backup generator, wood stove, composting toilet and a dry shower....nothing else.  There's a ton of no-restriction land in Taylors, SC.  

all getbig kidding aside, that isn't such a bad idea.   I look back to days when I was family-free, living in a trailer, driving an old car... i earned a college degree in no time, boosted skill set, had so much time to do anything...  

today it's so high-maintenance with family, jobs, so many responsibilities.   And i love it, it's the life I wanted.   But there are times when I do look back and think about how stress-free things were back then.   So I can never hate or criticize on an idea like this vince.   WIshing the best for you in it.  

Goodrum, are you implying that you would be living a life of luxury, but you're choosing to be a minimalist?

You have to define what your luxury is.  If I wanted money, I'd go back to selling steroids and "Vet" products again which I'm not planning to do.  I do have a small peptide/research company but the income is nominal and somewhat unorganized.  

My plans are to make money off the "Vince Goodrum" brand.  Everyone has been telling me for a while that I need to do it.

But U have to consider other factors for shoulder health-t spine mobility, adequate internal external capability of shoulders, your ability to set the shoulders back
